I’ve worked both in and out of this industry over the past 30 or so years and to be honest think I have learnt more about graphic design, web development and marketing during my time spent out of it, than I have working in the industry. Working in retail, sales and project management ‘at the coalface’ of both small and large businesses I have developed a much better understanding of what you, as business owners, actually want and need.
